We have a diverse team with varied experience in the disability sector.

Effective Plan Management is headed by Joanne Slater who was a Registered Psychologist for over 25 years. She works with a team of diverse Plan Managers to deliver a holistic service for NDIS participants.

Joanne and her team noticed the need for NDIS participants to receive a professional and caring service around the budgeting and spending of NDIS funding. With this in mind, Effective Plan Management was established in 2017.

The purpose and motivation behind Effective Plan Management is to deliver a simple and effective NDIS Plan Management service that gives participants control and understanding of their NDIS Plan. This is achieved through personalised, practical advice and thorough budgeting for the short and long term.

The Effective Plan Management team gives you direct access to tailored advice from their experienced Plan managers.

What Should You Expect from Your Plan Manager?

We’ll provide you with advice, information and tools to plan and manage your NDIS package.

Our goal is to help you manage your goals. We want you to have the information, tools and plans in place to feel comfortable and in control of your NDIS package. Each person is different and will have a preference of how to understand, visualise and adjust their plan.

Month to month and year to year, we can help you to keep a calendar plan and a diary of your spending. We can also help you to access your NDIS portal and a range of other software applications that are designed to assist with the planning and managing of your NDIS funds and services.

During the roll-out of the NDIS, many people have experienced the challenge of new changes. We want to help you embrace the changes and realise the full potential of your NDIS funding package. You will receive an honest, caring and effective service from your Effective Plan Manager.
